The MAN Curriculum is a structured, four-phase journey that transforms how men see themselves, their purpose, and their role in the community. Each phase builds practical and personal skills — from self-awareness and accountability to education, technology, and entrepreneurship. Through real-world training, mentorship, and certification opportunities, participants gain the tools to heal, lead, and build sustainable futures for themselves and their neighborhoods.

MAN Program Curriculum

Pro Phase – Introduction to MAN This foundational phase introduces participants to the MAN philosophy — accountability, purpose, and healing. It explores the root causes of violence, ego, and trauma, helping men redefine identity and build emotional intelligence.

Phase I

Phase II
– Life Purpose, Education, Job & Career Paths This phase focuses on discovering purpose and building pathways to success. Participants set personal and professional goals, improve literacy, and prepare for employment or further education with coaching and support.

Phase III – Community and Business Start-Up Turning purpose into action, this phase teaches entrepreneurship and community building. Participants design projects and businesses that uplift their neighborhoods while gaining real-world business planning skills.
