Laurence Littleton is the Executive Director and Lead Facilitator of MAN NFP, where he leads men through a transformative curriculum focused on mentorship, literacy, workforce readiness, and community development. As the author of aMErica: The Ultimate ME Society, Laurence explores how ego and disconnection fuel cycles of violence and social breakdown. With over 20 years of experience in information technology and systems management, he brings a strategic, solutions-driven approach to community empowerment. Through the MAN Curriculum, Laurence helps men confront trauma, rediscover purpose, and rebuild stronger, safer neighborhoods across Chicago.
